Physio-chemical treatment plants for industrial waste water (CPB)

In most commercial businesses and industrial processes there is partly highly toxicated waste produced. This type of waste has to be handled and treated in a way that it cannot harm people and nature. The waste in question is being subdivided in "solid" and "liquid". For liquid waste there has been for years a proven and reasonable treatment process being the physio-chemical treatment process.

Liquid and pumpable waste contain harmful substances such as heavy metals or lubricants, as well as eventually cyanide and chrome vI from galvanizing companies. These substances have to be removed from the water completely, also enabling a biological treatment of the treated water in sewage sludge plants.

The CP waste water treatment is a process heading for the full separation of water and toxic waste to make the cleaned water re-usable. The process reduces the waste quantity by 90 % reaching the main goal of reducing the quantity to a minimum and processing the remaining balanace in a way that a secure and final disposal can be achieved.

CPB plants can be configured for the disposal of almost all types of waste and quantities. Modular construction systems make further adaptations and extensions
simple. The computerized process can be run securely at low cost and with a small staff.

Example of a treatment
Prior to each waste treatment it is necessary to perform laboratory test treatments. These test show if and how the waste water can be treated to be in accordance with the environmental standards and regulations.

After the test treatment waste water is being pumped into a reaction tank to be treated with necessary chemicals for a separation of harmful substances.
After a rest period lighter substance like oil, fats and wax can be skimed off the surface.

Neutralization + Dewatering
The neutralization is causing a mudy substance consisting of flakes. These flakes are carrying all harmfull substances and are being removed by filter presses.

This process makes the re-usage of used acids and alkalines possible and considerably reduces costs for new purchases.
System control
The plants have a computerized control system and supervision.

Ground water protection
A protective HDPE foil is being applied to avoid harmful substances reaching the soil in case of an accident.
